REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE
Cody-Kilgore Unified Schools is accepting sealed purchase offers for the real estate legally described as follows:
• (Tract 1) – TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 31 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. IN CHERRY COUNTY, NE. Section 10: All of Black 20 Original Town – Kilgore.
• (Tract 2) – TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 31 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. IN CHERRY COUNTY, NE. Section 10: All of Block 21 Original Town – Kilgore.
The board is only accepting one offer to buy both properties together. All offers must indicate “Real Property Bid” and be delivered to Cody-Kilgore Unified Schools, Attn: Superintendent, P.O. Box 216, Cody, NE 69211 no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026. The offers will be considered at a meeting of the Board of Education to be held on July 13, 2026. The terms of the sale are set forth in a Bid Form and Purchase Agreement that are available from the superintendent. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all offers. The decision of the Board will be final.
