The Cody-Kilgore Elementary went on a Field Trip to Grandad's Pumpkin Patch in Bassett. They had a great time and even brought home some giant pumpkins.

Cody-Kilgore is a grateful recipient of a grant from EducationQuest that enables us to take students on visits to Nebraska colleges. Freshmen toured Chadron State College and interested juniors and seniors toured Northeast Community College and Wayne State College!

Juniors and seniors traveled to the college fair in Ainsworth. EducationQuest presented on ways to pay for college and the changes to the FAFSA. Students then visited different booths representing community colleges, trade schools, and the military.
FFA students went to NCTA in Curtis yesterday to compete in Livestock Judging amd Farm and Ranch Management contests. Although we didnt qualify any teams yesterday we had some great individual accomplishments. All results are listed below.
