Junior high boys basketball players (6th-8th grade) will have practice next week (11/6-11/9) from 4 PM to 6 PM. These practices are the most important practices of the season because we will have 2-hour practices. This is the only time JH boys basketball will be able to have 2-hour practices. It is strongly encouraged that all the JH boys basketball players are there.

The second grade class were the winners of the Attendance All Stars for the month of October. Great work 2nd grade. They will receive a pizza party!
The CK One-Act team headed to Lincoln and Omaha this past weekend to check out Nebraska Wesleyan's theater department and bond as a team at a haunted maze. They are gearing up for their competition season to begin featuring the play, Death at the Crossroads.
The Cody-Kilgore Elementary went on a Field Trip to Grandad's Pumpkin Patch in Bassett. They had a great time and even brought home some giant pumpkins.

Junior High Football team will check in their pads and uniforms on Thursday, October 26th.
Cody-Kilgore is a grateful recipient of a grant from EducationQuest that enables us to take students on visits to Nebraska colleges. Freshmen toured Chadron State College and interested juniors and seniors toured Northeast Community College and Wayne State College!
