Info for the JH Tournament on Saturday, February 5th
MLA in-text citations were all the rage for the juniors during English III.
Congratulations to Kayleigh, Rylie, Naomi, Madysen and Emiliano! They were selected by audition to participate in the Singing Youth of Nebraska Honor Choir. They will be performing in North Platte on Saturday afternoon as part of a choir made up of 100 of the best 7th-9th grade singers from across Nebraska.
The 3rd graders are working with pattern blocks to create fractions. Creative these 3rd graders are!
4th graders were learning about rocks and rock cycles and the effects of plate tectonics. They got to build earthquake proof buildings out of marshmallows and toothpicks that had to be at least 8 inches high. Although some building material was eaten along the way, did their building live up to the challenge?
Ms. Bailie's freshman class has been busy with this STEM activity on waves.
