Tonights School Board Meeting has been moved to January 17th, in Cody at 6:30 p.m.
Student Council brought the Homecoming Spirit Winners ice cream today. Great Job 2nd Graders and Mrs. Kasner on your school spirit. Like always it is so awesome to see the HS students at the grade school, staff and students enjoy their company. Thank you Rocky for helping put this together!

Saturday, January 8th:
Sandhills Valley - (Stapleton/Tryon) will be having a taco bar, enchiladas, runzas and all the other good stuff like nachos, hotdogs, candy and popcorn for their concession stand Saturday.
Due to the weather there will not be a game tonight in Gordon.

Our CK girls basketball team made the decision as a team to show their leadership and respect for others by cleaning up bleachers after games whether home or away. They have had several compliments from other schools and fans. Here is one email the girls have received about their actions. Many should be proud of them!
There will be small fry basketball for 3-6th grade boys and girls from 6-7 pm on Thursday evening.
Congratulations to Colby Cady, Ally Heath, Aubree Johnson, and Ayden Naslund on All-State Honorable Mention for Volleyball!
6/7th Grade STEM challenge
The 6th and 7th grade, along with the Spanish II class took Carl the elf on a zip line ride.
Tuesday 6:00 pm - There will be Kindergarten -second grade small fry practice for boys and girls at the elephant hall. There will also be 3-6th grade small fry practice for boys and girls at the high school after the junior high girls games. (Approx. 6pm)
3rd grade making gingerbread houses out of shoe boxes. They are so creative. Can't wait to see the finished product!
Small Fry basketball for grades 3-6 will practice on Tuesday December 21st. Practice will follow the MS Basketball Game. Practice will start around 6:00 p.m.

If you ordered peanuts or Strawberry Rubarb, Cherry, or Apple flavored pie from the Cody-Kilgore FFA, they have arrived! If you would like to pick them up after the Christmas program tonight, Mr. Nollette will be in his shop following the program. The FFA is still waiting for the Peach, Black Cherry, and Berry Medley pies to arrive.
