Students starting Kindergarten need to have their booster for Dtap, a physical, and an eye exam. If your student hasn’t had these exams, please call your local Physician or Ophthalmologist. If you have any questions, please call the Elementary school at 402-966-2291.

Just a reminder to send a copy of your student's immunizations if they are a new student. Also, all 7th grade students should have received a Tdap booster shot. Please have the clinic fax documentation of the booster shot to 402-823-4275.
