Last week the 5th graders had a visitor to class. Lilly brought her dog Macy for a visit. Macy is pretty short and very cute!! We all enjoyed petting her, and know that Macy loved all the attention as you can tell.
Many smiles from the 5th graders as they thoroughly enjoyed their Valentine's Day party last Thursday. They had fun opening Valentines from each other and of course there were loads of snacks and treats!
The Cody-Kilgore Cowgirls fell to the Crawford Rams last night. Hold your heads up girls you played hard and had a great season. You make your school and community proud.

There will be no school today due to the cold weather and the possibility of rolling blackouts. The Girls Basketball Team will still be traveling to Hay Springs this afternoon.
SMALL FRY THIS WEEK:
FRIDAY 2/19- girls and boys practice from 4:30-6:00pm at the CK gym. SATURDAY 2/20- girls and boys at Hay Springs round robin. (schedule below). SUNDAY 2/21- girls makeup games with Valentine in Cody. 3/4 girls at 3:00pm MST followed by 5/6 girls.
That is all for the Small Fry season as of now. We plan to have open gyms for the kids all spring to come and play games once a week. We will keep you updated!

Cody-Kilgore will host Boys sub-districts on Monday, 2.22.21 @6:30 pm. Valentine vs Gordon-Rushville.

The CK boys basketball games with Sandhills-Thedford are cancelled for tomorrow night 2/15 due to low temperatures.

The CK boys basketball team will make up the games with Sandhills-Thedford on Monday, 2/15. JV playing two quarters at 5:00pm MST followed by Varsity. We will look for a new day to add the JV/reserve games with Bennett Co. the CK girls
