The field trip is off to a great start. We were just introduced in the legislative session. I've discovered these students are all photographers.

Students continued their day at Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte. They were able to visit both the north and south campuses. Students were able to tour the medical simulation labs and speak with most of the trade instructors!

Some of C-K's sophomores and juniors had the opportunity to visit the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture in Curtis this morning. Students were able to tour campus and spoke with students and professors from the equine science, vet tech, and livestock management departments to name a few!

The speech contest for Saturday February 25th has been cancelled. Thank you.

Thursday, February 16th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm there will be a Taco Night For James Sexson @ The Husker Hub. Please join the Sexson Family as they celebrate James’s birthday with one of his favorite meals. (The Sexson's are treating) Just a get-together to share a meal in true Cowboy style. Inspiring Youth Through Hands-on STEM Learning Thank you to Cherry County Extension and Michelle Garwood for guiding Kindergarten-5th Grade students through STEM learning and exploration. From Discovery, to Exploration, to Challenges, students understood the basics of STEM and applied their skills, while building habits of learning, confidence, and teamwork skills along the way.
