Small Fry will hold its annual 1st and 2nd grade game this Saturday (1/18/25) during half-time of the Girls' Varsity game, which starts at 4 pm (MT). Please be there by 3:45 pm.
Dear Cody-Kilgore Families,
On Tuesday, January 7th our district was informed that some PowerSchool Student Information Systems were impacted by a Cybersecurity Incident. Unfortunately, this incident involved a data breach affecting students and staff who were part of the Cody-Kilgore School District between 2005 and 2014.
Our Technology Coordinator, William Arnold, has taken prompt action to identify those impacted and has removed critical information from our system to safeguard data moving forward.
We understand that this news may cause concern. Please know that we are taking this matter seriously and are actively working to address the situation. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this issue alongside other schools that have been affected.

The Brady Holiday Tourney boys and girls games today with Hitchcock has been cancelled due to weather.
These games will not be made up.
Due to the incoming weather. HS girls 3rd place game is at 1pm and the boys championship game to follow.
This will allow the fans, coaches, and players to get home before the winter storm hits tomorrow.

Yesterday 3rd graders had the opportunity to conduct a hands-on science project with Amy Latzel, The Environmental Health Coordinator for North Central District Health Department. They focused on the importance of water quality, particularly addressing topics such as nitrates and their impact on our environment. They had a great time!
The elementary students traveled to the Cody to make a reindeer craft with the junior high and high school!
Yesterday the CK Junior High and High School Music students had the opportunity to perform at the South Dakota State Capitol in Pierre. They also got to meet and take a photo with SD Lieutenant Governor, Larry Rhoden.
