Eight Cody-Kilgore FFA members competed in Career Development Events (CDE's) Wednesday, January 29th in North Platte. A special shout out to Denise Farley for getting 7 of our members from Hemingford to North Platte in the middle of the night!

Congratulations to the Cowboys and Cowgirls for defeating the Hemingford Bobcats last night. The boy's varsity won 56-53, while the Cowgirls won 47-41! The Cody-Kilgore boys and girls will host the Banner County Wildcats on Friday, January 31, 2025, and then they will hit the road to tip off against the Longhorns in Hyannis on February 1, 2025.

The 6th and 7th graders had the opportunity to take part in the Leadership Summit presented by Michelle Garwood, UNL extension educator. It gave them the opportunity to learn how their different personalities best work together for a common goal.
